Sourdough Bread/Food and Drink Fermenting Workshops

Come to a practical workshop and learn how to make these tasty and nutritious foods that have traditionally been made to aid digestion and enhance overall helath:

  • Sourdough bread
  • Sauerkraut & fermented carrot & ginger
  • Kombucha
  • Creme fraiche
  • Milk kefir smoothie


Workshops take place approximately once a month in Shoreham by Sea. See the News page to find out when the next one is.


Cost is £30 and workshops last 3 hours. Pre booking is essential.

Family Workshops

Learn to make delicious sourdough pizza using a traditionally fermented starter. Also milk kefir smoothies and water kefir soda.


Suitable for chidren aged 4+. Each child must be accompanied by an adult.


Workshops last 2 1/2 hours and take place in Shoreham by Sea. £30for 1-2 adults with 1 child plus an additional £5 per extra child.
